At Harrows Darts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment. If your purchase isn't hitting the bullseye, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused darts, shafts, or accessories in their original retail packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
